2026 Iowa Region High Performance Program

Come tryout for your opportunity to be a part of our 2026 summer program!
Our Iowa High Performance program is a three-tier program (all event information found on our HP webpage):

• Tryout for opportunity to be selected for a position at our 2026 Individual Summer Training Camp.  Train with the best...by the best!
• From the June training camp we select athletes to represent Iowa on one of our All-Star teams at the 2026 All-Star Volleyball Championships!
• The 2026 All-Star Volleyball Championships are in late July and this year in Columbus, OH.

Tryout #5 - April 18, 2026 in Iowa City

• Location: Iowa United VB Facility
• Group 1 – Girl's U15 & U13
  • ​4:30 pm – Check in begins
  • 5:30-7:00 pm – Tryout
• Group 2 – Girl's U17 & Boys (All Ages)
  • 5:45 pm – Check in begins
  • 7:00-8:30 pm – Tryout
• Please arrive early to complete check in procedures and physical testing. 

Bring:  

1. Completed and signed Medical Release Form 
2. Proof of USAV membership
   • Copy of your membership card - either printed or on the phone
3. Proper workout gear
4. Your tryout shirt will be distributed at your first 2026 tryout and you must bring this to every subsequent tryout you attend this season, as well as camp should you be accepted.
