2024 Iowa Region High Performance Program

Come tryout for your opportunity to be a part of our 2024 summer program!
Our Iowa High Performance program is a three-tier program (all event information found on our HP webpage):

• Tryout for opportunity to be selected for a position at our 2024 Individual Summer Training Camp.  Train with the best...by the best!
• From the June training camp we select athletes to represent Iowa on one of our All Star teams at the 2024 All-Star Volleyball Championships!
• The 2024 All-Star Volleyball Championships are in late July and this year in Des Moines, IA.

Tryout #1 - February 24, 2024 in Cedar Rapids

• Location: Iowa Sports Center (Adrenaline Vb Academy)
• Group 1 – Girl's U15 & Boy's (all ages)
  • ​4:30 pm – Check in begins
  • 5:30-7:00 pm – Tryout
• Group 2 – Girl's U13, U17 & U19
  • 5:45 pm – Check in begins
  • 7:00-8:30 pm – Tryout
• Please arrive early to complete check in procedures and physical testing. 

Bring:  

1. Completed and signed Medical Release Form 
2. Proof of USAV membership
   • Copy of your membership card - either printed or on the phone
3. Proper workout gear
