2022 Iowa Region High Performance Program

Come tryout for your opportunity to be a part of our 2022 summer program!
Our Iowa High Performance program is a three-tier program (all event information found on our HP webpage):

• Tryout for opportunity to be selected for a position at our 2022 Individual Summer Training Camp.  Train with the best...by the best!
• From the June training camp we select athletes to represent IOWA on one of our All Star teams at the 2022 USA Volleyball Championships!
• The 2021 USA Volleyball Championships are in late July and this year in Tulsa, OK.

Tryout #4 - April 10, 2022 in Cedar Rapids

• Location: Iowa Sports Center (Adrenaline Vb Academy)
• Group 1 – Future Selects & Boy’s
  • ​4:30 pm – Check in begins
  • 5:30-7:00 pm – Tryout
• Group 2 – Girl’s Selects & Girl’s Youth & Women Juniors
  • 5:45 pm – Check in begins
  • 7:00-8:30 pm – Tryout
• Please arrive early to complete check in procedures and physical testing.

This tryout is for all ages, both male and female participants.  

Bring:  

1. Completed and signed Medical Release Form 
2. Proof of USAV membership
   • Copy of your membership card - either printed or on the phone
3. Proper workout gear
4. Your tryout shirt will be distributed at your first 2022 tryout and you must bring this to every additional tryout you attend this season
